Unit 3: MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LOCAL COMMUNITY (preparation)

We are starting a new webunit for our Erasmus+ project.
This UNIT 3 (MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITIES) will be divided in two parts, both will be shown and shared in Spain.

       1)preparation with DIGITAL POSTERS and FLIPPED CLASSROOMS (11th/17th March)
       2)worshops and FUNDRAISING DAY (Nov 2018, Spain)

TASK BEFORE MARCH 18

 We have to prepare DIGITAL POSTERS using this tool: GLOGSTER
(**** WARNING: don't register till you know what you are going to include in the poster (information about your community, local organizations, videos, photos, audios.....*** you have 7 free trial days to use this tool)  

6 TOPICS FOR THE DIGITAL POSTERS:


           A- MATERIAL HARDSHIP
               1) unemployment
               2) homelessness
               3) social support system (welfare/
                   government support)
          B- EMOTIONAL HARDSHIP
                4) alcoholism
                5) bullying
                6) loneliness

What to do:
a) choose a mate to work with
b) choose a topic and tell the teacher (**a pair of students for every topic)
c) search for information in your community (San José, La Rinconada or Seville): Associations, Town Hall ....)
d) organize ideas and think about your poster layout
e) make the GLOGSTER (digital poster)
f) send me the glogster (nievesdiego2@gmail.com) when you finish so I can correct it. (deadline Jan. 31st)
g) load into our JIMDO WEBPAGE after being approved

Ready for LECCE?






CONDICIONES DE TRANSPORTE CON VUELING:

Cada Pasajero podrá llevar consigo estrictamente una pieza de equipaje de mano con un peso máximo de 10 kg, y cuyas dimensiones en ningún caso excedan de 55x40x20 cm.

Además, puede llevar sin cargo extra un solo elemento adicional de dimensiones sustancialmente inferiores a 35x20x20 cm, como puede ser un maletín pequeño, o un bolso de mujer o una cámara fotográfica o de vídeo y deberán ser colocados debajo del asiento.

Sólo se pueden transportar como equipaje de mano envases con líquidos, aerosoles y geles (por ejemplo, pasta de dientes, gomina, bebidas, perfumes, espuma de afeitar, lociones, y otros artículos de consistencia similar etc.) que no excedan los 100 ml, los cuales se colocarán dentro de una bolsa transparente con una capacidad máxima de 1000 mililitros o equivalente que pueda cerrarse completamente. Sólo se permitirá una bolsa por Pasajero.

- Contratado un Transfer bus que nos llevará a  Lecce (Instituto)

31 March
- Un transfer bus nos llevará al aeropuerto de Bari desde Lecce
- 16:30 salimos de Bari
- 18:45 llegada a  Barcelona
- 20:10  salimos de Barcelona
- 21:50 llegada prevista a  Sevilla.
